Excited to share our latest publication in ACS Chemical Biology!

We used cryo-EM and biochemical probing to reveal how the 10–23 DNAzyme folds into its active structure and responds to magnesium ions. These findings provide new insight into one of the most widely studied catalytic DNAs.
